This brew is bright and creamy in colour with lots of vanilla and berry aroma. It’s jam packed with flavour too. There are bright notes of blackberry and heaps of vanilla. It has a creamy and smooth mouthfeel as well. I’d love for there to be just a bit more sourness to the flavour profile, the vanilla does really dominate, but it’s really a terrific beer regardless.
